Delimo jih le z izvajalci, ki jih potrebujemo za delovanje: ponudnik gostovanja in e-po\u0161te, Google Ireland Ltd. za analitiko (Google Analytics 4) in Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. za ogla\u0161evanje ter merjenje u\u010dinkovitosti oglasov. Vsak deluje kot na\u0161 pogodbeni obdelovalec.<\/span><span class=\"lang-en\">We do not sell data. We share it only with providers we rely on to operate: our hosting and email provider, Google Ireland Ltd. for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for advertising and ad measurement. Each acts as our processor under contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"lang-sl\">\u010ce privolite v tr\u017eenjske pi\u0161kotke, Meti ob oddaji obrazca posredujemo tudi dogodek o povpra\u0161evanju. Va\u0161 e-naslov in telefon sta pred po\u0161iljanjem <strong>nepovratno \u0161ifrirana (SHA-256)<\/strong> \u2014 Meta ju prejme samo v tej obliki, izklju\u010dno za ujemanje povpra\u0161evanja z oglasom. IP-naslov v analitiki anonimiziramo.<\/span><span class=\"lang-en\">Using Google Analytics and Meta&#8217;s advertising tools may involve transfers to the USA. Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework. We anonymise the IP address in analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"lang-sl\">6. Kako dolgo hranimo podatke<\/span><span class=\"lang-en\">6. How long we keep data<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"lang-sl\">Podatke iz povpra\u0161evanja hranimo, dokler obravnavamo va\u0161e povpra\u0161evanje in morebitno sodelovanje, nato pa jih izbri\u0161emo najpozneje 24 mesecev po zadnjem stiku, razen \u010de zakon zahteva druga\u010de. Analiti\u010dne podatke hrani Google skladno z nastavitvami storitve.<\/span><span class=\"lang-en\">We keep enquiry data for as long as we handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete it no later than 24 months after last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data is retained by Google per the service settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"lang-sl\">7. Va\u0161e pravice<\/span><span class=\"lang-en\">7. Your rights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"lang-sl\">Imate pravico do dostopa, popravka, izbrisa, omejitve in prenosljivosti podatkov ter do ugovora obdelavi.
